The Cuckoo Calls

The Cuckoo Calls is my graduation film for the Master in Animation at AKV St. Joost. As this film will be send to several film festivals, I can only show the trailer. But you can always contact me if you want to see the entire film.

The Cuckoo Calls tells a story of a bird who lives in a cuckoo clock and works together with his friendly robot companion. The robot will help the bird to step out of his comfort zone to explore the outside world.

I have directed, animated and designed the whole film. The music was done by Max Schippers and the sound design by Vincent Man.
